ANTIRUST PRODUCTS
Epoxy, antirust undercoat with two components. It is air-drying and it is made of epoxy resins in
solutions hardened with polyamidic adducts. It guarantees good adhesion also to zincate surfaces.

It is used on iron manufactures which are in
a strongly aggressive place, such as industrial
plants, tanks, pipes, machineries and
equipments for oil industry, manufactures at
the seaside etc, and whenever a high resistance
to atmospheric agents is required.
It is applied directly with successive coats
on the surfaces which have been previously
well cleaned, sanded and degreased.
Outdoors: Riplast R8-R9, Riplast R3-R4 or
Unifer A can be applied on it.
Indoors: Epox 410, Epox 450 or Epox 415 can
be applied on the product.
This product is used as intermediate coat after
the galvanized product Epox 210.
In the summer, in case of hot temperature, it is
necessary to use a small percentage of retardant
products. The application can be carried out
with successive coats and a wet film.
The tools must be washed with Nitrodil after each use.

The range of colours can be enlarged with
Tintema system. The colour between one
production and another may slightly change.
For this reason it is necessary to finish the
work with the same production.

of about 500, and polyamidic hardener. It is applied with
an average consumption of 200 ml/m2.
